The name might be a little on the wild side, but you’ll find the blog loaded with the very latest insight on the SoCal housing bubble.  The blog centers on economics and financials and is in no way afraid to tackle the technical data – but don’t worry – it comes across clear and easy to read.  If you’re obsessed with the California real estate market, you’re likely to become obsessed with this blog too.

Sacramento Land(ing)

Seems like there’s a doom and gloom real estate blog for just about every individual community in California.  Well, if your interest lies with the Sacramento area, this is the blog for you!  Thorough coverage of the latest news along with resourceful commentary makes this the authority site for Sacramento and a good starting point for other regions of the state.

Literally all things San Francisco real estate on this blog, but in a good way – no clutter or information overload.  Just the stuff you want to read.  Did I mention the awesome photo content?  Okay, I realize there’s a bunch of good San Francisco blogs out there, but you can skip them all because this is the definitive resource for the area’s market metrics as well as coverage of new developments and design features.  If only every blog was as strong.

Straight shooting commentary on California real estate couldn’t be any more real.  The blog promises to only report the truth and it’s obvious that they stick to their mission like glue.  While they specifically focus on San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties, you’ll find that many of the facts carry over statewide.  This blog is worth your bookmark for sure.
