Real Estate Marketing – YouTube Videos Done Right
Using YouTube video tours to showcase a property is not only all the rage right now for many reasons, but the platform just makes sense. Videos done right do work for showing off a home’s selling points and drumming up interest in the property. Here are a few examples of real estate YouTube videos done right (and one done wrong too)…
Here’s a perfect example of a YouTube promotional video for a property that’s just done with class. Nothing over the top – nothing too flashy. I like the fact that it’s a bit folksy and doesn’t feel like an infomercial or really even a sales pitch. The production quality is excellent too.
What do you think of this? It’s definitely well produced, but I kind of like the guided personal tour from the first video better than the voice-over method used here.
I like the tame lapse “drive” through the neighborhood and to the featured property at the beginning of this video. At some point in a property sales video, why not show off the neighborhood?
And what the heck… how about one from the “what not to do” file? I like the ambient sound of the ocean, but I think some narration might be necessary, don’t you? And the jumpy video just makes me dizzy!
