Las Vegas certainly has a reputation…  Actually it has several, both good and bad.

While Vegas is known for its thriving tourism industry, many times it gets pegged as being fake or even plasticy through all of the glam.  See it as you will, but one thing’s for sure – Las Vegas is at the cutting edge when it comes to innovation and development of cutting-edge real estate projects.

In fact, Las Vegas is practically paving the way for residential communities, not just boring old apartment complexes and subdivisions.  The all in one, city within a city concept Vegas is promoting through several new developments might not be the ideal for everyone, but they are forward looking and possibly even revealing of how many will choose to reside in the future.

So what do you think?  I know the hype is as big as only Las Vegas can dream up, but the concepts do have at least some merit.
