Viva Las Vegas!

Or I guess now days, for those keeping an eye on Vegas real estate, the tag line might be more like, “annh… Las Vegas.  I mean, whaddaya want me to say?”

This video makes a fairly average representation of the Vegas market and very aptly explains that on the surface, Vegas presents one viewpoint, but the undercurrents might just be saying something altogether different.

Worth noting – this video is from early summer 2007, and makes a prediction or two about what might happen over the course of the season.  Now that the summer season is beginning to wrap up, it will be interesting to see if these predictions for Las Vegas and real estate have held true.  What do you think?
